Publications

We need your support to ensure that your paper adheres strictly the IAEG 2026 paper template and editorial policies.

Editorial policies

Language and Plagiarism checks

Before submission, authors must ensure their manuscript is written clearly and passes plagiarism checks. All papers will be reviewed for language quality and similarity prior to acceptance.

Rules regarding the Use of AI tools

Authors may use AI tools to improve text or create figures, provided they carefully verify the results and disclose the tools used and their purposes in the Acknowledgements.

Permissions for Third-Party Images

Authors must obtain written, traceable permission from rights holders before using third-party images. Proper credit must be given to the copyright holder. The Publisher is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

Publishing rights

A licence agreement form will be provided to authors and must be submitted at the time of acceptance and final submission of revised papers.

Open access Publications

The book of Abstracts will be accessible during the congress via the IAEG 2026 congress APP and then published in open access on the IAEG website.

Accepted papers will be published by TU Delft Open Publishing in free and open access Congress Proceedings under a CC-BY licence. Each paper will be assigned its own DOI number.

We aim to publish high-quality proceedings and submit them for indexation in Scopus or equivalent platforms to ensure lasting global visibility. This goal relies on the quality of each paper — in both content and form — as well as on the rigor of the review process and the excellence of the editorial work.
