Registration​

Early bird registration fees for IAEG and Ingeokring members will range from €700 to €900. Final fees will be determined based on the level of sponsorship and the total number of participants. Generous discounts will be available for Early bird YEG members, PhD candidates, MSc/BSc students, and retirees who hold a valid IAEG or Ingeokring membership.

Registration will open in February 2026, and early bird rates will be available until three months before the congress kicks off.

For each approved set of submission (abstract only, abstract + extended abstract, or abstract + full paper), one (co-)author must register, and a registered (co-)author cannot represent more than two submissions.
